Builds and maintains relationships with existing and new customers.
Helps customers with all their enquiries;
Clarifies platforms’ Terms and Conditions when it is needed.
Logs tasks in accordance with company guidelines.
Explains how to use platform games and services
Assists customers with on-going marketing campaigns
Helps out Payments & Fraud agents in upholding the security of the company and prevents fraudalent activities
Escalates and follows up customer cases when needed.
Identifies and reports improvement areas according to company procedures.
Works closely with other departments to handle customer queries.
Helping customers that their first deposits were rejected, to repeat the process and complete the first deposit.
Calling daily new registered customers to welcome them to the brand.
Customer satisfaction calls to make sure that the customers remain engaged with out platform.
Turkish speaker (verbal and written).
Excellent communication skills.
Basic skills in Microsoft Tools.
