Junior Designer

We are looking for an efficient and reliable designer to support the design department and ensure the smooth day to day running of our tasks.

They will undertake creative tasks to ensure all visual needs are satisfied and have adequate support to work efficiently and to the best of their capabilities.

The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritization and working with little to no supervision. They will be self-motivated, trustworthy, and able to adapt to any changing circumstances.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Create, edit visuals according to briefs given by marketing team.
• Create both online and offline materials to support marketing activities.
• Editing content in HTML.
• Improving UI and UX on websites.
• Creation of both digital and offline advertisements, pamphlets.
• Supplying visuals to social media team according to their social media calendar.
• Perform additional ad-hoc tasks to support the other departments.

Essential Skills

• Minimum 1 year design experience working in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills Turkish.
• Advanced knowledge of the entire Adobe package (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Self-motivating, Reliable and trustworthy.
• Excellent organisational, time management and prioritization skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
• Resilient with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with ability to work using own initiative where necessary.
• Must have a strong attention to detail, aesthetic sensibility, and the ability to notice subtle details in designs.
