Technical Support Engineer / DevOps

The Role in a Nutshell:

As a Technical Support Engineer you will be act as the first line of support for our customers worldwide. Understand questions and inputs form highly technical users (DevOps, SRE, Engineers), to supply instructions and answers. If you enjoying technical support, team work and communication you will be amazing fit for our fast growing team .

Main Tasks of the Role:

Your day to day activities will be including :

  • Act as the first line of support for our customers worldwide. Understand questions and inputs form highly technical users (DevOps, SRE, Engineers), to supply instructions and answers
  • Contact R&D teams to report issues and bugs. Act as a mediator between the R&D teams and the customers
  • Providing Tier 1 support to our customers, including those in the POC stage
  • Detect issues' root-cause
  • Directing the customer to the right documentation
  • Availability and willingness to perform other technical tasks such as Quality Assurance

  • Tier 1-2 experience (tier 2 is required for the other technical work with the engineering team)
  • Passion for technical environments and willingness to work with engineering teams
  • Experience working with DevOps / SRE teams - a big advantage

  • Availability for a full time position (with some flexibility)
