I can not use such few words to describe Mercatus. I can only say that this company is a Diamond ready to shine!
What do you love most about your job?
Being a Director of Operations is Romania, means that I need to develop the business here and build new and strong partnerships in this country. Automatically this answers the question: greeting no people, discuss business idea, interact, creating friendships and partnerships. In my opinion this is the most awesome job, human interaction and building business that last!
How long have you been with the company?
I am relatively new in this company, just for a month or so, but I am here to stay!
What is your favorite Mercatus-related memory?
Being for such a short period of time with Mercatus, means that I did not yet have the opportunity to create too many memories, but I can see that I was really thrilled when I had my first conversation with Trayan, the CEO of Mercatus and we agreed that I am suitable for the position that I have right now and that he trusts me to deliver and bring Mercatus on the peak of success in Romania.

Disappointed to say, but picnic )
Good movie or good book?
In the past, my answer would have been a good book, which I read, a lot! Unfortunately, now, due to lack of time, I prefer to have the whole information contained in a shorter period of time of 1-2-3 hours, rather than a few days, the time necessary to read a book. So, I would say a good movie. Maybe in the future, if I have more time on my hands, I will get back to reading more books.
